Then I found walnut, chocolate chip, banana muffins. No, not really, but that would have been cool.

Chocolate Chip Banana Walnut Muffins

4 Smashed ripe bananas
1/3 Cup olive oil
2 TBSP coconut palm sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tsp baking soda
Dash of sea salt
1 1/2 Cups whole wheat flour
1/4 Cup dark chocolate chips
1 handful chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp ground flax seed

Oven: 350. Mix the oil with the smashed bananas. Mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add the baking soda and salt. Finally, add the flour, flax, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts. Mix until everything is just incorporated. Line or grease a muffin tin, bake for about 20 or so minutes. Enjoy with a slather of butter and a grind of quality sea salt.
